EDUCATION

Annual Conference
PCPTP and the Pennsylvania State University collaborate annually on Pennsylvania’s only statewide teen pregnancy prevention conference. The conference provides cutting edge program information and research for professionals and others working in the fields of education, health care and adolescent sexual health.  For more information about PCPTP’s annual conference, click here.

Science Based Approaches
PCPTP provides training and technical assistance to professionals and promotes science-based approaches that have been proven by research to be effective in reducing teen pregnancy. Science-based approaches ensure that programs have a greater chance of success.  In addition, science-based approaches allow for programs to be developed that are specific to the needs of a community.  For more information about PCPTP’s Science Based Approaches Project, click here.
